El Jardin

$9.50 (PDF DOWNLOAD)

Living not far from the Mexican border, I can’t help but be influenced by Hispanic folk art and handcrafts.
Ceramics, wall art and paintings, textiles and of course, white lace. El Jardin, my tribute to traditional women’s blouse, is named after the town square, heart and soul of San Miguel de Allende, one of the prettiest destinations in Mexico. A simple, but very attractive lace pattern is used to decorate this top, which is worked in the round from the bottom up.
Worn with jeans and a pair of sandals, this cotton top
will make a great summer outfit.
