With this pattern you will be able to make two cowls: one is longer and more narrow and second is shorter and wider.
Great way to use either sold or variegated yarn.
Finished measurements
Long cowl 34”/86 cm circumference; 5.75”/15 cm height.
Short cowl: 20.5”/52 cm circumference; 7.75”/20 cm height.
Measurements are taken after blocking.
Yarn
C1: 1 skein of Baah Yarn Sonoma (100% Superwash Merino, 234 yds/214 m in 100 gr); Grey Onyx.
C2: 1 skein of Baah Yarn Sonoma (100% Superwash Merino, 234 yds/210 m in 100 gr); London Blue.
Needles
Long cowl: Size US 6/4 mm circular needle 24”/60 cm long, or size to obtain gauge.
Short cowl: Size US 6/4 mm circular needle 16”/40 cm long, or size to obtain gauge.
Additional tools
Stitch marker, tapestry needle.
Gauge
20 stitches and 32 rounds = 4”/10 cm on size US 6/4 mm) needle in Garter stitch after blocking.
Note
The cowls are worked in round from bottom up.
